Includes Search fees payable to BC Managers to inspect the records, Search of Adjudicators Orders, supply copies all General Meetings held in the preceding 2 years, copies of all Committee Meetings held in the preceding 12 months (excluding Voting Outside Committee Meetings) ; copies of any current Reports indicating structural damage or safety issues i.e. WH&S Safety Reports, Fire Safety Reports, Engineers Reports and any other reports found to address the Implied Warranty Conditions.
